I worked with Todd Hamilton in The Hamilton Group, and the entire sale went smoothly and efficiently. Todd is knowledgeable about all aspects of a sale, answering all my questions quickly and accurately, and he responded to emails or texts right away. He also knows many people in the service industries so he could put me in touch with people who got work done quickly (such as a stucco repair, some painting, a replacement fan installation, some plumbing and door hardware fixes, etc.) The office personnel were also extremely helpful and responsive.
