Todd Jennings

Todd is a native of Syracuse, NY, where the snows blow cold in winter, and the blood of locals generally runs “orange” in color. Upon his graduation from Clarkson University, he spent a number of years living in northern New Jersey, Brooklyn, Manhattan, and then Brooklyn again before moving to the Hudson Valley, where he has now lived since 1995.

Although degreed in Mechanical Engineering, Todd has spent most of his professional career working in New York City as an Accounts Manager in various capacities, including stints in the publishing and music industries. His commitment to client satisfaction has been the central driving force behind all of his previous work, and is reflected strongly in his relationships with Hudson Valley real estate clients.

In addition to his work with Keller Williams, Todd operates two successful running events companies, City View Promotions and Shawangunk Adventures, each offering distinctive events aimed at building community and promoting personal achievement. On the home front, he has two teenage boys - Conor and Brett - who bring him great joy as he watches them matriculate into strong, independent young men.

Todd is also a dedicated volunteer and fundraiser for various non-profit organizations. In 2012, he ran the entire length of New York’s Hudson River (318 miles), raising over $17,000 for Pete Seeger’s Hudson River Sloop Clearwater. He has also run to fundraise for the Celebrate Life Half Marathon, and produces local events which raise money for non-profit organizations such as Mohonk Preserve, the New York - New Jersey Trail Conference, Open Space Institute, Preserve Hudson Valley, and the Palisades Park Conservancy.

In addition to being an avid runner, hiker and outdoorsman, Todd is also deeply passionate about music, and has favorite artists and albums in virtually every genre.
