"We had a wonderful experience working with Tom Crea. We were on the Gulf Coast of Florida last March and walked into Prudential Realty cold and Tom was on duty. When we described to him what we were interested in he showed us several places on the office TV and then we picked 4/5 condos to look at within Pelican Sound. The first one he showed us was the one we fell in love with and have kept in touch with Tom until we sold our house in Maine. Our original choice was still available and we have purchased it. Tom never pushed to try to persuade us into buying while we still owned in Maine.....was very patient in keeping us posted as to what was going on at Pelican Sound. His experience in the real estate field showed throughout our dealings with him and besides, he's just a nice person. It’s hard to find that kind of person these days!"
