Tom was wonderful to work with. He was quick to respond to questions (of which I had many) and helped me understand every step of the process. It was obvious he had our best interests in mind and even with a little hiccup on the sellers side he had our back and everything went smoothly. I really enjoyed working with Tom and highly recommend him/ peak state properties. We are FINALLY in our mountain home and I couldn't have done it without him and couldn't be happier.

Tom Kozlowski helped us in so many ways to find, purchase and close on our mountain house. He provided us great local knowledge on the market, neighborhoods and pricing, but also great insights on things unique to considering a mountain property -- wells for water, septic systems, wildfire insurance, how you get your mail, how you get your driveway plowed, etc. etc. A rural mountain property in the high Rockies is a very unique asset and your agent needs a big tool box to walk you through it and eventually make it happen.

Tom could not have been more knowledge-able, useful and helpful in finding us a place that fit our needs and budget, and then guiding us through negotiations, due diligence, financing and closing. Totally the best.

I recently worked with Tom Kozlowski on buying a mountain home near Breckenridge, CO. Tom is the best realtor I've ever worked with. He was always on top of things and had a solution for all of the maintenance and home buying process issues that came up! I would have been lost with out him. Tom was very quick to get our house listed and on the MLS. He arrange to have the house cleaned and the photographer to take pictures. He immediately had open houses and showings. We had our home under contract in a little more than two weeks.
We are very pleased with his professionalism and performance.

He also helped me do a counter replacement project remotely and let me ship parts to his home, which made such a difference for me since I had specific timing needs.
