Great Experience. Tom was great from start to finish. Looking for the right property while living in another state can be challenging, but Tom was there every step of the way. It was important to us that the person we worked with could be our eyes and ears and someone we could trust while making this purchase. Low Pressure Tom Thomas. Working with Tom and his team was great and just our speed. It was a low pressure experience that gave us plenty of time (~9mo) to find exactly what we were looking for and we couldn’t be happy. Tom’s easy going demeanor really catered to us as we have far too much else going on in life to add another stressor. Tom definitely knows the Estes Valley market and I would recommend him to anyone.

He is always available for phone calls, text messages, emails, questions, discussions, showings, is also attentive to my needs and, importantly, knowledgeable about real estate in this area. Tom made the painful process of buying a home in Estes Park easy and much less stressful. I particularly appreciated Tom’s no nonsense approach. Most realtors try to constantly “add value” by speaking continuously and end up saying a lot nonsense. Tom gave us the space and silence we needed, while giving simple and honest answers to our questions.
