Tomer Fedida

Tomer Fedida is a licensed attorney and real estate broker with a vast knowledge of real estate and construction. Having been born into a construction family, Tomer was familiarized with the ins and outs of construction from an early age, even working as a laborer during many summers.

For college, Tomer moved to Miami, FL and attended the University of Miami School of Business where he majored in International Finance and Marketing. It is in Miami that Tomer began to hone his real estate and entrepreneurial skills. While living in Miami, Tomer held positions at UBS Wealth Management Services, as well as Flagler Investment. It is these experiences that taught him to recognize the value of diversifying real property portfolios to hedge against other market forces.

Contemporaneously with his founding of Fedida Properties, Tomer began attending Loyola Law School where he earned a Juris Doctorate. At Loyola Tomer studied Property, Secured Transactions in Real Property, Land Use, and Landlord Tenant Law, garnering extensive knowledge on the legal side of the real estate industry and other elements of credit protection law.

In founding Fedida Properties, Tomer has been able to fulfill his dream of delivering and marketing a turn-key product, from acquisition to sale. He represents Buyers, Sellers, and Investors, meeting each of their particularized goal with a sense of confident and the utmost professionalism. Tomer has been featured on BRAVO's Million Dollar Listing and has lent his expertise to LA Weekly on issues of Mansionization and Development.
