Tony Drost

Tony grew up in Boise, graduated from Meridian High, and currently lives in Eagle. He has seen the Boise and surrounding areas change over the years and knows these markets well. Tony specializes in investment properties has been an investor and landlord since 1990. Coupled with data analysis, Tony’s experience of the area and being a landlord, Tony believes he can provide his clients with the information needed to make a well informed decision.

Although Tony specializes in income properties, he has helped many of his investment clients, friends and family members in purchasing and selling single family homes. Tony loves to negotiate and works hard for his clients to get the best deal possible. Clients can enjoy a “no pressure” relationship where Tony provides the data and recommendations.

First Rate Property Management is a Boise based property management company that Tony formed in the mid 1990’s. Currently FRPM manages over 800 units and employs 12 people. Tony holds the Master Property Manager (MPM) and Residential Management Professionals (RPM) designations from the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM). Tony currently sits as a National Director of NARPM and travels all over the nation to teach and learn from other property managers.
