We have work with Tony and Elsa recently and also a few years ago , when they were the only realtors that were able to short sale our house when most homes were going in foreclosure. They listed our house in Villa Sol in November, not a popular month for home selling, but in one weekend we had three offers at price list and above. We sold the house early December and moved in to a smaller home they helped us find and negotiate on. They are just decent hard working people that go the extra mile to make their clients happy, always available to answer your questions and concerns with a happy and positive attitude. We absolutely love them. Update2021- We recently sold our home to our daughter and purchased another property in this crazy market. Of course, we went back to our go to team, The Fuentes Team! They are always reliable and go the extra mile to make you comfortable, with the stress of buying or selling. We have worked with them multiple times and think of them as friends. Elsa and Tony are hard working professionals that are very people oriented, so you will always feel relaxed around them or calling them with questions. We love this team and highly recommend them.

If you want a very easy selling experience, this is the team to work with. My condo was sold for a higher price than i thought it would go for. They were able to negotiate terms that satisfied both the buyer and myself. The were very quick to respond to concerns and questions, and were always helpful and friendly.
