Our agent Denise Rivera was the best. What started out as a stressed filled situation for us turned into the house we always wanted! Chanelle Giglio is the best realtor to have, she is very committed to meeting all your family needs. She is very professional and always respond to calls,text etc... Iong story short.... almost 2 years ago I was looking for a house for me and my family the Builder at that time was not working with agents however, I love the house and Chanel was like "I understand if this is the house that you want go for it". Through that process she still reached our to me to check to see how things were going, Move in a year later however, with inflation of gas and the distance i decided to sell my home. Our adventure into searching for our new home was started by our Mortgage Group - Certified Mortgage Planners. They had actually set up for Beau Griffin from Optima to reach out to us to see if he could assist in finding a suitable property for us as we were looking to relocate from the Clermont area over to the west coast of Florida. Our comfort level with Beau was immediately set at a very high level. He assisted with setting up viewings that we found along with recommendations from him as well. After several weeks of looking from Pinellas County up through to Hernando County, fighting through the Cash Bidders, etc. we finally got a place locked in. After that, Beau was very helpful in all aspects of every detail to make sure that everything was right before closing. Inspections, Insurance, providing info to Certified, etc.

We can't thank Beau enough for his hard work on this. He, along with the crew at Certified made this whole experience work!!! All of them together displayed a work ethic toward making sure we were happy. This ethic is becoming more rare these days , as we all know!!!

Optima One Realty is the best Real Estate office you will find! My personal experience came when I was trying to sell my home myself. My husband and I had already agreed we would not list with a company but when the office called to tour our home we agreed. The associate broker came out and was not pushy by any means and did not even try to list our home. He was very professional, kind and gave us valuable information. He left our home and walked to his car and my husband and instantly knew we had to list with him. Not only will they get your home sold fast but for top dollar. Will definitely use them in the future.

I can't report on real estate sales , but I can note their commitment to being a good neighbor.
Attended food trucks on Friday when it began raining. We comfortably ate our dinner on their porch at tables they provided. In fact every table was being used and providing shelter from the storm.
Those tables reminded me of quieter times when we looked out for our neighbors.
Thank you for bringing a hometown feeling to Clermont.
