Tonya Stevens

“Changing lives one house at a time” is not only Tonya’s mission statement but reflects the very approach she takes in providing service to each of her clients. Tonya’s goal is to deliver a fantastic house buying/selling experience to her clients. She strives to obtain that goal through her persistence and determination to exceed your expectations.

Tonya has been a resident of Richmond, Kentucky for over 25 years. She fell in love with the area while obtaining her Bachelor’s degree at Eastern Kentucky University deciding to make Richmond her permanent home to raise a family. Following college, Tonya entered the workforce in outside sales where she has several years’ experience at various capacities. While not pursuing her passion in real estate, she is a mother to two children and loving wife to her husband. She also owns and operates a seasonal tax office.
