Tonya was amazing. She was responsive, and patient with both the buyers and us (the sellers). She kept us informed every step of the way and she did not give up. Though we had a couple of snags along the way (all due to the buyer) Tonya never wavered nor did she give up. We sold our family property after having it in the family for 50+ years (bittersweet) and we had this huge weight on our shoulders lifted. Thank you Tonya for all of your hard work and perseverance.

Tonya was so easy to work with. She was always prompt and kept in touch with any small changes. The process was so smooth for my wife and I. Tonya handled everything. All we had to do was keep the house clean for a weekend open house and she did the rest up until closing day. I would recommend Tonya in a heart beat. As a side note, we did not know Tonya prior to her helping us sell our house. Definitely a 5+ star experience.

This was my first time buying a home, and had no idea where to begin, or where I needed to be financially to start the process. I also did not know what to look for in buying a home. Tonya was a fantastic, kind , caring professional. Who is very knowledgeable in her field. She worked with me and taught me how to get from point A to point B.
She pointed me in the right direction of a great lender and his team, who gave me the knowledge on what I needed to do on my end , to get approved for the best down payment assistance programs available.
Tonya , was always available to answer any questions, or to show me some possible homes. She worked very diligent and hard to find my daughter and I the right home for our needs. Being a single mother, with only my income she was very mindful in homes that did not need a lot of expensive repair. I also appreciate that she took her time to explain the technical verbage that is used in the loan process.
I highly recommend Tonya, for all your home buying or selling needs. You will not only get a great agent, but a friend !

Can’t say enough good things about our experience with Tonya (Agent T) we had a difficult time getting my purchase closed because we had buyers back out on the purchase of our previous home 1.5 days before closing. Even though I couldn’t meet the close date on my purchase as a result Tonya negotiated with the seller to give us another 60 days which gave us time to find a new buyer and we finally closed on our new purchase. She truly had to work hard though this transaction. Thank you Tonya.....😄💪🏻
