Traci Bates

Traci Bates and Lorna Hennington are longtime Los Angeles residents and real estate experts and are the Bates|Hennington Team of Keller Williams Realty, Larchmont. They have extensive real estate experience negotiating transactions to buy and sell properties in the Los Angeles area spanning over three decades. Traci and Lorna became business partners in 2008, partnering their entire real estate with Keller Williams Realty.

Traci is a native Angelino whose real estate passion was fueled by her grandmother's career as a Realtor and Broker and her grandfather's experience as a real estate investor. She belongs to several organizations dedicated to the ackowledgment and preservation of the history of Los Angeles and serves on an Historic Preservation Overlay Board for one of the historic Districts in the City of Los Angeles.

In her spare time, Traci enjoys domestic, international and local travel, attending cultural events, spending time at any of the wonderful beaches in L.A., trying out new restaurants, the Los Angeles Dodgers and attending sporting events, dancing anytime and anywhere, hosting family to celebrate holidays and events, exploring nightlife and concerts with friends, pilates, and cherishing time with her daughters and husband.
