If I could give more stars for Traci, I absolutely would! Her work ethic and professionalism, not to mention attention to detail, is unmatched.
Tracy helped me find the perfect home for our family. She was understanding, kind and never overbearing.
Traci was amazing at handling details I was unable to handle because we lived out of state at the time.
Traci made me feel very at ease during the entire process. She was never pushy… But always kept me in the loop on different homes that would come on the market during a time when very few homes were available.
When we found our home… She wasted no time to get an offer out that was fair and reasonable. Traci is now considered part of our family… I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor. I promise you will not be disappointed.

I actually struggled to write this review because Traci is so amazing. Buying a house in this market is really hard. Traci is the perfect combination of advisor, shark (but your shark), and friend. Traci was very proactive with searching for properties and negotiating our purchase. She had excellent knowledge of various communities and neighborhoods, and was also very prompt contract and inspections process. She also kept us on task as we navigated through the process.

Traci had a full support team that partnered with her throughout the process as well as handled administrative needs. We were never without a chance at a showing or an offer.

We first meet Traci Kennedy when our daughter used her as her real estate agent. During the purchase of her Denver home, we got to know Traci and we were very impressed with how she addressed our daughter's needs as a first time home buyer. As a result of that we knew we wanted Traci to be our real estate agent.

Traci took the time to understand our needs upfront which helped identify locations and homes that met our criteria. She worked closely with us throughout the entire process from beginning to the end. This helped us significantly, as we were out of state as well as purchasing a model home which had some unique challenges.

Traci is very personable, knowledgeable and professional. She is easy to work with and took a personal interest in us. She was available anytime we needed her, was proactive in her communications and was very responsive in her follow up and follow through.

Traci has made both sides, the house hunt and the house sale, beyond smooth! In the hot Denver housing market things can appear overwhelming and your not sure where to start, but Traci walked us through every aspect of it with such ease. Traci listened to my needs as a mom, spoke numbers/logistics with my husband and even included my kids in the process. She found us our dream home that met all of our needs and more!
