As both a Realtor and transaction coordinator, she oversees more than 75 transactions each year, ensuring every detail is handled with precision and every deadline is met. One of Tracy's greatest passions is transforming distressed properties into beautiful homes. She has managed the design, renovation, and listing of more than 40 investment properties, combining creativity with market knowledge to maximize value. From selecting finishes and coordinating contractors to preparing homes for the market, she loves seeing overlooked spaces become places where new memories will be made.
