Tracy Sanders

Tracy proudly serves clients at Coldwell Banker in Northern Colorado. Her mission is to help individuals and families find not just a house, but a true home, strengthening the fabric of the community along the way.

Outside of real estate, Tracy remains deeply involved in community life. She plays trombone with the Loveland Concert Band, volunteers with Donor Alliance, participates in USTA league tennis, and cherishes time with her husband, her family, and their beloved dogs—including one certified Therapy Dog for Caring Canines.
