Brian Zych, owner, and operator of Zych Construction obtained his bachelor's degree from the University of Nebraska and currently boasts more than 19 years of experience in the construction industry. Brian teams up with his wife Tracy who also has her bachelor's degree from the University of Nebraska and is a licensed real estate agent. Brian & Tracy Zych work together to create Luxury Lifestyle Homes that fit into many buyers' budgets and expectations. Building around 12-20 homes per year allows Brian the ability to collaborate directly with each client throughout every phase of the construction process.
