We had the distinct pleasure of working with Tricia Traugott of Bob & Tricia Traugott, Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate III, in selling our home in Old Trail. We could not have been more pleased with the professionalism and skill that Tricia provided during (and after) the sale of our house. Everything from pricing and knowledge of the local market, to marketing materials, contracts and negotiation, buyers realtor follow up, and just plain good advice, was top notch.
Should the need ever arise again for any Real Estate transaction we would not hesitate for a second to get her involved. She is just an honest, decent, and reliable person.

Tricia Traugott helped my folks (both 87 years old) sell their home of 20 years and move into a new construction home in town. She was beyond patient, understanding and kind . Traugott and Associates are the best barring none! We have now sold two homes and bought two homes with their guidance. They are detail oriented, incredibly communicative, and helpful with the smallest detail! All four transactions went off without a hitch. Add to that the constant presence and direction and we can only say we would never use another realtor!
