Travis Parker

Travis brings passion and intelligence to the world of investment real estate. With over 16 years of experience in construction as a project manager and seven years as a property manager in WeHo and Los Angeles, he has a diverse investment background, enabling him to view investment properties from a uniquely educated perspective. Using this knowledge, he propels his clients to realize their goals of successful investing.

He understands that many investors have questions about rent stabilization ordinances, SCEP, REAP, costs of ownership in multi-family properties, property management, analyzing properties prior to buying, and how investors may improve their properties currently owned to be more successful. He welcomes these questions and looks forward to making investments in the greater Los Angeles area a success.

During his off time, Travis gives back just as many have given to him. He does this by training others in the fields of carpentry, tile setting, wood finishing and other bankable skills to improve people's lives through the trades. As an avid art lover, he along with his family and his dog, Oscar, is often found among the many galleries of Los Angeles.
