Trish Flake

Trish 'grew-up' in the Tri-Lakes community and graduated from Lewis-Palmer High School in 1988. After high school, she attended Olympic College in Washington where she graduated in 1992. With three children in tow, her family relocated back to the Pikes Peak Region in 1993 and has settled contently back in the Tri-Lakes area, vowing to never leave 'God's country' again. Trish's vast knowledge of this area allows her to serve as your personal tour guide and local historian.

Trish is always on-call. She is a full-time, resolute broker so you will be able to reach Trish any time of day. Sales and marketing has been Trish's career of choice, with an emphasis in residential and commercial sales. Utilizing education, experience, and market knowledge, she helps clients achieve both short and long-term goals. Trish specializes in investor "fix-n-flips," short sales and luxury homes, but she finds the most joy by helping first-time home buyers attain their dream of home ownership. Not all agents are full-time agents. Trish offers over 18 years of steady, local expertise. With the recent rise of the real estate market, many new agents are emerging, but statistics prove that only 85% of new agents will still be agents after their first year. Overall, she has been the #1 selling agent in the Tri-lakes area (out of 300-400 agents who sell here) and most recently, Trish has ranked in the top fifty of all agents in the Pikes Peak region putting her in the top 1%! She will claim that it is her sales and marketing skillset that sets her aside, but her clients will tell you it is because she is the "realest" Realtor you will ever meet. You will see her around town. Trish is enthusiastic about community. She believes she has a responsibility to do good. Part of that responsibility is volunteering and giving back to the community in which she serves. Trish has volunteered in a variety of ways over the years but most recently, she co-founded Citizens for a Better Palmer Lake to bridge the gap between the local government and the citizens and business owners. The group has made a significant impact on the goings-on in the Town. Locals know that she is always willing to pitch in and support local events and organizations.
