Tyler was a strong and encouraging voice in our home buying process. He dug for gold finding us our home, listening to what we wanted and what was important to us while also showing us different possibilities. After someone buying what we thought was our dream home, he was incredibly encouraging and had so much wisdom to offer and kept our spirits up in an otherwise sad situation. He continued to work hard getting answers on an upcoming possibility and seeing what our options were. We ended up doing a new build and ended up getting to build the house of our dreams! It was 10x better than the one we originally thought we wanted and we truly wouldn’t have come to that conclusion had Tyler not opened our eyes to what we could do. We would have settled for less had it not been for Tyler showing us what was possible. He worked closely with the builder and any questions we had we were able to just go to Tyler with and he would take care of the rest. With the market being what it is, you really need someone who is going to go to bat for you and that’s exactly what Tyler did. Forever thankful for his passion in this industry and finding the perfect home for his clients, and will choose him again and again with any home buying/selling/investing needs!!!

I have used Tyler to sell and to buy my home. I am also a returning customer which says a lot! I have never had such a positive experience when buying or selling a home. Tyler handled everything for me. If I had a question he was immediately responsive or was getting me the answer as soon as possible. My husband and I cannot say enough good things about Tyler! He truly is the reason we got our dream home. We toured dozens of houses before finding the one, and he was so patient with us throughout the process, and was always willing to meet with us when it worked for our schedule. When we finally found the one he was persistent in contacting the builder to find out when it would list, allowing us to be the first offer submitted! Tyler Horn does treats every client with his best service. He genuinely cares about his job and all the details. From just figuring out where you are at in the process of buying or selling your home to the explaining the documents you are signing at the closing table. He will take a phone call at any time of the day and if you have a question he is going to get you the answer as fast as he can! I would use Tyler as my realtor time after time! Coming from a first time homebuyer, I would highly recommend Tyler Horn. He kept my very best interest in mind and always put my worries at ease while answering every question.
