My sister and I recently had the privilege of working with Tyler Labod on the out-of-state sale of our Mom’s home in Florida. Tyler was an absolute pleasure to work with and we cannot speak highly enough of him. His professionalism, vast experience, knowledge of the local market, honesty, integrity and hard-work ethic proved to be invaluable.
Tyler was incredibly quick in responding to our questions and concerns and made himself available whenever we needed him. He was extremely organized, detail-oriented and always kept us informed as the sale unfolded. Tyler guided us through each step, was on top of every detail and offered his opinion when we asked. Tyler provided an unsurpassable level of service. He went above and beyond, even assisting with home repairs to get Mom’s house ready to sell. He has an expansive network of contacts from inspectors to repair services which resolved glitches quickly and efficiently. He diligently ensured that all facets of the transaction went smoothly.
Tyler exceeded all of our expectations. His dedication and passion for his work are truly commendable. This was not a million-dollar property, but Tyler approached it as if it were. We are grateful for his hard work and dedication to his profession and cannot thank him enough. We definitely recommend Tyler without reservation.

Tyler was very thorough and professional through the process of selling our home. He paid to have the professional pictures taken twice since we had upgrades done after the first set of pictures, which is a great example of how he goes above and beyond no matter what is asked. He also always kept great communication throughout the whole process. Overall, our experience with Tyler was a 5 out of 5 through selling our home with him. Thank-you Tyler!

I can’t say enough about Tyler, he is fantastic! From the get go he was always following up and always responded no matter what. He went above and beyond for us.

My husband and I have been selling homes for years and never have had a great realtor like Tyler. We will continue to use him in our future endeavors and will continue to recommend him to family and friends. We highly recommend him.

Being first time homebuyers, we'd been navigating the crazy housing market for quite a while, looking for that diamond in the rough that ticked all our boxes and were getting a bit disappointed. We were sinking fast. We were introduced to the Labod Team (Andrea and Tyler) at the right time who immediately took us by the hand step by step. It took us a while to settle on a house but Andrea and Tyler white gloved the entire process (actually twice on two properties) up until walking us into the title agency and giving us the keys to our first home. They were available night and day, attentive, PROACTIVE, kind, understanding, empathetic, knowledgeable and most importantly PATIENT. To explain how happy we are with the Labod Team is difficult to put into a, now lengthy, review. They will be our first recommendation for a realty reference and our first call if we decide to sell and/or move within the area. All that's left to say is that anyone looking for a house in central Florida will count their lucky stars once they meet Andrea and Tyler Labod, true concierge realtors.

The best realtor in the Orlando area. You are really in good hands if you decide to go with him. He helped us for over a year and a half to get the perfect property and also advised us when he saw that the property would not meet our requirements. He showed us over 50 houses before we decided on the property we wanted and always sent us updates on recent property listings in the area we were looking for. Tyler is also a great person and gave us a welcome present after we closed on the house. He also attended the closing process with us since we were not familiar with the process. Tyler is extremely knowledgeable about properties in the Orlando area and is very patient with his client. He was also very punctual as he was early every time we had to meet.

Tyler was our realtor and we loved him! We are happy that we choose him as he helped us sell our home before listing it. He was honest and realistic throughout the entire experience and made us feel confident in picking him as our realtor. We first started with FSBO and then chose Tyler as he offered us endless support. He made this experience such a breeze.
