I’m so happy to be able to share our home buying experience with our realtor, Tyler Smith. We’ve been looking at homes in a specific neighborhood for a few months. We met Tyler at an open house in our desired subdivision & instantly connected with him. He was outgoing, knowledgeable & we felt like he would be great to work with.

My family had an EXCELLENT experience with Tyler Smith Sr. We met him in September when we were contemplating selling our home in hopes of finding a new home which better met our needs.

We spoke many times over the next week or two. My interview process if you will. I quickly learned that Tyler has exceptional knowledge of the City of Eagle. He is 100% on top of the current Real Estate trends. He set realistic expectations for us (seller). He employed strategies such as social media, professional photography, staging, brochures, to put our product out there for all to see. He is current on social media trends and using social media to market our product. We had other homes in our neighborhood, on the market, and our homes always had the most views! I quickly learned his expectations for himself are HIGH! He wants to do well for us as the seller and ultimately the buyer. He will put in 110%. Trust me!!

Due to the volatile market our home took approximately 3 months to sell which we somewhat expected. Our property is a niche property and we had to find the right buyer. This is in no way a reflection of Tyler's effort. On the other hand, it is a reflection of his commitment! As a professional, I have exceptionally high standards for myself, not to mention those whom I work with. Tyler easily met my expectations day in and day out. He shows up to work with enthusiasm and an upbeat positive attitude every day. He is very friendly and personable which is what you want when someone is showing your house. Most importantly, his job is to sell the property, and he does this without coming across as pushy or aggressive which is unique and not easily accomplished.

Potential buyers, for your home, will enjoy working with your future Realtor (Tyler Smith Sr.). Not sure how else to convey this but people just like being around Tyler. :)

Tyler was very attentive to our needs. He responded to text quickly. If he was tied up and couldn't respond promptly he let us know. My wife and I both have professional careers and he was more than accommodating to our busy schedule.

Selling our home, was at times very stressful, especially in the current market. At some point I started to feel tired, frustrated, and we considered throwing in the towel. Lots of home showings, house preparation, feeling like you're living in your house but not really. We always kept the house staged and cleaned. Ready to show! His positive upbeat attitude and energy kept us in the game which resulted in us selling our home.

On the buying side all the above applies!

I can, without reservation, recommend Tyler Smith Sr. My only recommended to anyone selling your home is to give Tyler Smith Sr. an opportunity. If you bring your A game, in addition to Tyler's A+ professionalism, you will get it done. Based on our experience he WILL give you 110%!

My wife, three kids, and I just relocated from Seattle to Eagle, ID after buying new construction. Tyler was our agent and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He went to bat for us every step in the process. He was constantly supportive, helpful, and never pressured us to make a decision. We had a short time window and Tyler hustled to get us a fast close. He also battled to get us the best deal and succeeded way beyond expectations. My wife and I had never bought a house before and had no idea what to expect. Tyler patiently walked us through the process and made everything very clear and straightforward. I am recommending him to everyone I know who is interested in moving. My wife and I are from out of town. We spent a weekend in Boise checking out the area and going to as many open houses as we could. Needless to say, we met a ton of realtors over the weekend. Out of the all the realtors we met, it was a no brainer to work with Tyler. He didn’t push the house brochure or follow us around talking about all the positives of the house. He just wanted to chat and get to know us. It was like catching up with a best friend after not talking in several months.

We reached out to Tyler a few weeks after meeting him in the open house to tell him we were serious about moving to the area. Based on the conversation we had at the open house, he suggested 3 neighborhoods to look into, and ranked them based on what was most important to us. We decided to go with his first choice.

Then it was time to find the perfect house in that neighborhood. He sent us a few listings in the neighborhood, but none really jumped out to him or us. Then a house came on the market and he called us and said we should really consider this house. He went into details on location, and why he thought it was a great value and option for our family. We decided to put an offer in. That is when Tyler's expertise really shined. We discussed price and then with Tyler’s guidance made the perfect offer, which was accepted.

I moved to Boise area in May to be near my family. I had contacted two different realtors that seemed to have no interest in helping me, likely because of my financial challenges. I was introduced to Tyler who was so sweet and compassionate, which gave me hope that I could find a home. We are still a work in progress but I feel very confident that he will help me find that tiny house just right for me. I feel very blessed to have such an awesome Christian realtor.

Tyler helped me find a home in the very competitive and pricey Boise area. Not only to mention that I was moving from Texas and I would not personally be able to tour the homes he found for me. Therefore, I had to trust his recommendations. He took the time to visit with me over the phone to get to know me, my likes and dislikes for a home. My sister has worked with a few realtors over the past year as she was getting ready to make a move from Montand to Idaho. I saw her frustration from afar as there didn’t seem to be any real interest from those she had contacted in contracting with her. Tyler Smith with Realty Wise came highly recommended to us from a friend so in a last ditch effort she made the call to him. He truly listened to her needs, understanding that this was much more than just a purchase but an investment that would make her know it could be her forever home, one that she could afford. In a valley where there is an abundant supply of realtors you need someone that will be able to provide true value. Tyler is the type of realtor that will tell you why that’s not a good house for your family, or why it’s not a good investment property based on x,y, and z. Most agents just want you to find a house but Tyler wants you to avoid any issues down the road with one of the biggest purchases of your life. I met Tyler at my work and really connected with him and his wife almost instantly. They were such true genuine people and we got to talking about life and how my husband and I had a goal to buy a house but we didn’t think we were ready financially.
