While our homebuying process was a little outside of the norm, we knew that if we didn’t secure the first home of our dreams we would be able to find something that satisfied us completely with Tyler’s help. They gave us good guidance and advice on what it would take to present our home at its best and paid attention to every detail to make the process go as smoothly and as stressfree as possible. They provided us with moving boxes to help get started and then provided a professional stager. Tyler and Susan also helped with staging and made sure our home looked it's best for the professional photos. They know how to keep you motivated and understand how to calm nervous tensions. Tyler went above and beyond all of my Real Estate Agent needs when I was left overwhelmed & confused with selling my first house this past Summer. He assisted when I had no other help with dump loads, moving furniture and minor house repairs. He is very professional and also offered great resources in Conifer that were very helpful. Overall wonderful experience and I would highly recommend!!!

Tyler was extremely professional (polite, accommodating, extremely clear with communication) and wouldn't settle until he found us a house he knew we would be incredibly happy in. His impressive knowledge of the market and general homeownership gave us peace of mind for such a huge commitment, and even after close has continues to lend us his expertise and been an invaluable source of information. I always felt like he had our best interest in mind and would be steering us in the right direction. He is 110% committed to finding you the right house for you above all else. I am a first time home buyer along with my boyfriend in the Colorado area. We moved here from MA. I was connected through Tyler through work via relocation benefits, and cannot express enough what an incredible experience it has been. Tyler, is an extremely knowledgeable, professional, and smart real estate agent. He has taught us a lot about home searching, buying, and even after buying a home how to care for one. He works extremely hard for each of his clients, and has your best interest in mind. There were houses that he talked us OUT of buying because he knew we could do better, knew what we liked, or thought the home wouldn’t have as high of a return on investment. We really appreciated that especially as new buyers, since he was willing to take the time to teach us and find us a home we would love but also make a smart investment in. Aside from that the rest of Tyler’s team is extremely generous and knowledgeable, and he will go out of his way to do some kind acts like take lots of photos, question sellers, make many calls, push competitive offers or also not waste ur time in bidding wars when other options are available. I will be recommending Tyler and his team to everyone I know and we will be working with Homes at New Heights for future investments because of this amazing experience. Also Tyler has such a good heart, we also feel like we made a friend.

I recently went through my first home buying experience. I didn’t know where to start beyond online searches. I found a few properties on realtor.com I liked and lucked out to have Tyler Westcott reach out to me. He offered to set up viewings for when works for me. He was casual and non-pressuring. He was able to figure out what I was looking for within my budget on the first day, even though the viewings that day didn’t work out. He went through the pros and cons to look out for and guided me through the offer process. I am very pleased with how hard he worked on my behalf. I would recommend anyone who is going through the home buying experience in the greater Denver area, first time or otherwise, to go with Tyler.

Tyler is a wonderful realtor! He helped my husband and me purchase our first home in Denver, and then he helped my brother purchase his first condo.
He is professional, knowledgeable, and really listens to what you're looking for! He was able to pick up on things we'd say when viewing homes and tailor the search experience toward what we were really looking for.
He was also super helpful with the whole purchasing process, as we were all first time home buyers and some of the details can be overwhelming.
He's also a great guy to get a beer with after a day of house hunting!
