If your going to be selling or buying real estate, you must contact this Lady, Val is on top of the game, She goes out of her way, working on behalf of the Seller, and at the same time helping the Buyer out with the complex process of purchasing the Property, Working weekends, day or night, whatever it takes to get the sale completed. Honestly I have worked with other Realtors, but by far Val is the Best

Not sure who coined the phrase the Complete Package, bet they knew Val! She takes the time to get to know her clients and it pays off for them. We felt she had an uncanny ability to anticipate our needs. Val was always prepared for whatever we threw at her and responded as if she'd only been waiting on the query. Going into the process we weren't really clear on what we wanted. Through all the 'maybes' and 'might wants', she was extremely accommodating and gracious. Val also would not back down or take no for an answer. When it came time to make a deal she came prepared to get our offer accepted. After that she was an infinite well of resources to get us through each next phase of the buying, closing, and moving process. In the end her patience, knowledge, perseverance, and professionalism got us settled into our forever home and we will be forever grateful!

Valena was everything we could have hoped for and more! She was on time to all of our showings and was able to submit offers within minutes for us. She always made sure we understood everything that was happening and walked us through every step of the home buying process. As first time home buyers this was invaluable!
