Vannessa Carter has repeatedly been named a REALTOR® of Distinction. In fact in 2021, she was in the top 2% of all REALTORS® in the three-county area for dollar volume.

She honed her listening, marketing, and selling skills through her background in Marriage and Family counseling, GlaxoSmithKline pharmaceutical sales, and as a REALTOR in Virginia and Tennessee. She prides herself on her quick response time to clients and her knack for home design will help sellers get their home ready to stand out among the competition for a quicker sale, or help buyers make their new house a home.

Originally from the mountains of Southwestern Virginia and East Tennessee, Vannessa knows first-hand all the questions you will have about your move. She has helped many hometown friends from Bristol and fellow Roanoke College alum find their new homes in Charleston.

Vannessa and her husband, Kim, live in Mount Pleasant and enjoy the outdoor activities the Lowcountry provides. They have three grown daughters between them and two young grandsons. Vannessa’s not so secret goal is moving her entire family to the Charleston Coast!
