A realtor since 1989, Varouj joined RE/MAX OPTIMA office in 1992 as a broker specializing in commercial and residential investments.

Varouj’s expertise in real estate investments such as retail and multi family properties, combined with his Master’s Degree in Accounting, has enabled him to assist and advise clients in how to best utilize their greatest assets, their real-estate property. A perfectionist, analytical and detailed by nature, he also reflects concern for his clients as a friend as much as a broker.
