Vera was instrumental in helping my fiancé and I find and purchase our first home! As a first time home buyer, we had an endless list of questions and were always looking for suggestions throughout the process. Her patience is unmatched! Every step of the way Vera was incredibly knowledgeable. During the inspection period she had great referrals for inspectors which made us feel very comfortable in our final home buying decision. I would recommend her to anyone!

Vera helped me FINALLY buy a house in LA. Despite a never ending slew of questions, Vera was always patient and available to talk through next steps. She was an amazing realtor-turned-therapist, helping talk us off a few metaphorical ledges during the home buying process.

Our offer was accepted under-asking in a competitive situation because she seemed to know exactly how to tweak each of our offers to have the best chance of success. Even more, Vera helped us secure over $7k in credits during the inspection process for very expensive repairs.

Last, heading into the purchase I underappreciated how many people/companies would be needed during the inspection period. My inspection contingency felt like a sprint and it was invaluable having Vera there with tips and a deep rolodex to deal with whatever curve ball was thrown our way. We were very grateful for her help and would recommend Vera for anyone looking for an agent.
