Vern Harris

As a broker Vern Harris has put together several “Creative Deals” for his clients. He has been working exclusively with investors and has been investing in Real Estate since 2014. He received the Investment Community of the Rockies ‘Member of the Year” award in 2016.

Vern has been involved in assisted living investing since 2016. Vern also created and runs the "Denver Association of Assisted Living Residences" for assisted living investors with over 1000 participants. DAALR members have been able to successfully open several Assisted Living residences over the past couple of years. Vern has also put together deals for over sixty Assisted Living Facilities since joining A Better Way Realty in January 2018.

Vern is an active entrepreneur, and has owned, operated, bought and sold businesses for over 30 years. As a "Certified Business Intermediary," his experience allows him to fully understand the financials of a business and recognize the proper ratios required to have a successful investment.
