Joe and Voila are awesome!!! The work we had to do to prepare our house, was the same as any other realtor...house sold in 36 hours as it was prepped. Big difference between Voila and traditional realtors, we saved almost $50k in commissions by going with Voila!!! That is OUR $$$, and Voila's model, allows you to keep YOUR $$$!!!!

I'll admit, we were not planning to use a realtor, but life got crazy. We heard about Voila from a friend and loved the flat fee for the listing agent and allowing the seller to set the buyer agent commission!
We met with Joey and his energy, honesty and flexibility convinced us, he was our guy! Joey and his company are extremely professional. I sold a house through Voila and bought a house using Voila. The crew is absolutely top notch -- honest, motivated, knowledgeable, hardworking and they operate with the client's best interests at top of mind. In terms of commission cost, I'm not sure anyone competes with them. They sold my home for over $1 million and only took a $5,000 commission. They then found me a great home and rebated me part of the commission shared with the seller's agent. In other words, they found my home and paid me to do it! On top of the colossal professionalism, Joey and his team are just pleasant, salt-of-the-earth folks. They listen well and talk straight. I highly recommend Voila.

I recently purchased a home through Joey and James at Voila. I don’t think my experience could have been any better from start to finish to be honest. I was typically working with Joey, and when he was on another appointment, James stepped in to show me the house that I would eventually end up purchasing.

These guys are stellar at what they do! Very easy to work with, they kept it fun and relaxed, professional when need be, and most of all, they kept the process FUN! Any time I had a question, they were available with answers. Any time I was a little nervous, they were there to put me at ease.

Bottom line - If I buy and sell again, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. If you want to have a home buying experience that is fun, stress free, and just overall an awesome / amazing / super califragilisticexpialidocious experience, this is the team to call!
