Voula has made her home in Albuquerque New Mexico since 1973 and has loved every minute of it. As a realtor, she finds the skills she acquired as a successful business owner of a former copy/print shop; apply directly to her real estate career. She brings to the real estate profession, experience in working numbers, effective marketing techniques, negotiating skills and superb customer service. She has been a full time Real Estate professional since 2000. Voula has built her reputation on professionalism, integrity, market knowledge, and continuous education in the industry to assist in the marketing and successful closing of each transaction. She is experienced in all price ranges and has assisted hundreds of families in purchasing and/or selling real estate in Albuquerque, Placitas, Corrales, Rio Rancho, Los Lunas, and East Mountains.

Voula is a Graduate of the Dearborn Real Estate Institute, an active member of the National Association of Realtors, and a member of the Greater Albuquerque Association of Realtors. She is ASP certified (Accredited Staging Professional) this knowledge allows her to help her sellers determine how to best prepare their homes to sell them at their highest market value.
