Waldo Jauregui

I worked at Countrywide home loans for about 5 years in an elite department that fixed most of Countrywide's problem files where we had to find missing money, money in wrong account and ct. During that time I started as a person that just worked on files then eventually moved up to the special department and when I left, I was training people. During that time I graduated Oxnard College and then attended CalState Northdrige on an accounting and business program and while attending I prepared taxes for 1 year at H&R Block so I have a good understating about taxes. I have been in business since 2006. I am like the google of loans due to my tax experience and Countrywide experience I have been able to help most clients where they have been turned down with other lenders(I don't do loans) what I do is find the best solution for most of clients. Some of my past clients include teachers, FBI employees, truck drivers, people on social security, and people who work for the county, plus much more.


I have a family of 2 kids my son Giovanny who is 13 and my step daughter Cassandra who is 18 and my wife Viviana who has been a girl scount troop leader for the last 7 years or so. I am bilingual Spanish and English. I have experience working with investors who buy and sell properties.

My hobbies: Traveling(I have traveled to Europe, Mexico and New York). Enjoy taking cruises, Basketball games and radio control toys are my hobbies. Also read self improvement books.
