The buying process is never an easy one, however, working with Walter Givens made a difficult process easier. When situations arose either from the seller, lender, etc. he was responsive with integrity. His honesty was refreshing and a welcomed portion to the process. Walter sold my house in Lakeland Fl. He was amazing. He suggested a higher asking price then what I was thinking of and had the house sold within a couple days for listed price. He is extremely knowledgeable of the market and a pleasure to work with. I could not recommend him enough. If you want an honest, hard working, professional that actually returns your calls immediately and knows the business well enough to cut through the red tape and get things done, he is your man!

We used Walter when we decided to purchase a home; he came highly recommended by our former neighbor who had also worked with him to find a home. He was very knowledgeable and professional and worked diligently in finding exactly what we were looking for and the right location.

He was very thoughtful, patient, and displayed a willingness to work with us as we constantly changed our minds. He wanted to make sure that we were completely satisfied with our choice. He expertly guided us through the entire process from looking at homes, putting in an offer, inspection, closing process, and up until the point we received the keys. Even after then, he regularly followed up to ensure things were going smoothly.
