3. NEGOTIATION & CONTRACT EXPERTISE: Her professional background and knowledge allowed us to have an effective negotiation once an offer was received. This factor was critical on achieving an efficient negotiation where we were able to have a contract within 24 hours.
4. CLOSING: Once we were under contract, her assistance on ensuring all required actions before closing was key on achieving a successful closing by the scheduled date.
