This is the second time we have used Wendy to buy a house and this time she was selling our condo as well.

We recently had a baby and needed a bigger place. I wanted to get this done during my maternity leave from work. This did not give Wendy very much time but she sold our condo within a week and we went on the hunt for our house in this crazy market. We were able to find a house and moved in 3 weeks before I start work!

I have been buying and selling residential properties since 2004. I have had several different agents. Wendy Gundry was the most attentive, reliable, and responsive I had. Moreover, she would present me with the right questions. Any agent can send you MLS listings based on your location, price , and home size needs. Wendy would ask me the right questions when I would enquire about the MLS listings she sent?
A good agent becomes good through experience. It takes years to know the areas, and be able to explain what you are really getting when you purchase in a given area. I have purchased and sold from her in Santa Clarita and Sylmar and she new those areas very well.
She never rushed me. I spent months asking her questions, when I asked about bidding on certain properties, she would tell me on several occassions it was a bad value. Not many salespeople in the world would do that. She made everything easy. Escrow closed ahead of schedule and she fought for me and my wife when owners did not follow through with all the contingencies . We got everything we wanted! I teach 6th grade. I am not a salesman. I just know a good professional and effective person when I spend time with them .

Wendy Gundry is the kind of agent any homeowner would love to have to sell their home. She has a solid knowledge of the local real estate market and the marketing resources to get the job done. In our case in ONE day.

After the sale, Wendy kept us informed and up to date throughout the closing process. Even after the final papers were sighed Wendy has kept in touch to make sure our move went smoothly and that we were comfortably settled in our new home.

Her presentation to us was based on what would be done for us and it was a very comprehensive approach. And it worked, as the house sold while others have sat unsold. Her multimedia marketing efforts as well as her attention to keeping in communication with us are some of the reasons I would recommend her to anyone looking to sell or buy.
