Wendy Knofler serves the entire Willamette Valley and brings her clients many years of experience, combining it with skills, knowledge, dedication, and a passion for realizing each of their real estate goals. Working in the field of Administration for several years, she obtained a dual degree in Business and Supervisory Management before turning to real estate. Her love of architecture and design lead her to a career in real estate and she became a licensed real estate broker in June of 1999. In 2009, she launched her own real estate business, EVCOR Real Estate & Development. As Owner & Managing Principal Broker of the company, her years of administrative and business expertise built a successful company with a vision for the future. Providing only the best for her clients has always been her primary goal. She specializes in Residential Sales & New Home Construction. Wendy is a Principal Broker with additional training in Short Sales / Foreclosures and Energy Efficiency / Green Building. Because of this experience, each client is provided with an assurance of knowledge & professionalism.
