The͏ most resourceful, kind, patient agent you'll find!
We͏ had our first convo with Will in Oct 2021 and started our search at the beginning of 2022. After countless weekends in this crazy market, Will helped us secure the perfect home for us in April! Throughout the process, Will was so patient and helped gently guide us in the right direction. He also has an extensive network (from agents to inspectors to contractors) which gave us 100% confidence we were in the right hands. Will is the best. Will was so helpful and patient with my husband and me. We were first time home buyers, so we needed a lot of guidance. Will was so insightful with his many years of experience and helped us identify what our assets were to market ourselves as buyers to the seller who easily received 15-30 offers. He was also very attentive to what we were looking for regarding size, location, and amenities. He frequently recommended houses for us to see. He also responded very quickly when we had requests to see additional houses or questions about any part of the process. Even during the appointments, he always made the experience comfortable and fun with his friendly, open, sincere demeanor. Whenever my husband and I plan to look for our next house, we will definitely call Will. In the meantime, I recommend him to all my friends and family. Will is great!
