Will Tiao

Will Tiao is a real estate developer, broker, and property manager. He is the Director of the Commercial Real Estate Division at the Collective Realty and the owner/broker of Tiao Properties, a property management and real estate investment company. Tiao Properties currently manages nearly 200 units throughout greater Los Angeles. Since opening the business in 2012, Will has sold hundreds of units with over $100 million in sales.

Originally from Manhattan, Kansas, Will graduated from Tufts University (B.A in International Relations, magna cum laude) and Columbia University (Masters in International Affairs), received a Fulbright Scholarship (De La Salle University, Manila, Philippines) and worked as an international economist in the Bill Clinton and George W. Bush Administrations. After leaving Washington D.C., Will came to Los Angeles to pursue a career in entertainment. He quickly jumped into the LA real estate market, looking to invest in residential income property and eventually getting his RE broker's license and working with clients to find their own piece of Los Angeles.

His clients are diverse and can come from the world of entertainment, investors from overseas, or born and bred Angelinos. Regardless of where they come from, Will always looks for ways to help investors get their maximum return by managing, timing, and strategizing with his clients for their best interest.
