While on a business trip in Houston, I mentioned to a colleague that I was interested in buying some investment property. This led to a referral to William by a gentleman who had happily purchased numerous properties over the years through him. Having suffered some jolting losses through fraud, I was concerned about entering into another real estate investment that could compromise me once again. What I appreciated most about William was his ability to empathetically listen to my concerns and understand my needs. He carefully explained concepts and took the time to go through various scenarios to see my options. What impressed me was not only his thorough familiarity of the entire Houston marketplace, but his broad background in business, including other forms of investments. I felt that I was working with someone who was a veteran of the real estate business; someone truly passionate about what he does, and not just someone who recently jumped on the bandwagon and was eager to separate me from my money. What resulted is that he helped me find property that had even more value than I thought I could afford, and we a trusting relationship I will always maintain. Furthermore, I would recommend William to my friends and family. In fact, I recently referred him to a close friend who is recently widowed, because I know he will act with the utmost integrity and sensitivity to her situation, and she will be taken care of.

I found Mr. William Shaddock on homes.com and from day one his professionalism left a great impression on me. He was very quick to respond and answer any and all questions I had. When finding out details on property's that interested me, he responded right back with me. In the very near future I WILL be using William as my agent, and I recommend others to do the same.

Having William as my agent was a great experience. He was easy to get a hold of and met my expectations from the beginning. I was able see the property that I wanted at a moments notice. Because of his quick response I would recommend him to a friend. He delivered, he did his job, he was the best!
