Xiuzhen Lu

"Xiuzhen" sounds like Suzanne, but you can call her Lu if you want. She is married with three children and currently resides in Aiken, SC. Before Lu came to the real estate profession, she worked in the medical field for years as a Registered Nurse in China and as a Phlebotomist at MCG. Her family has lived in North America for 16 years. In 2004, they bought their first home in the CSRA. Since then, exploring the housing market has become part of Xiuzhen's daily routine. She came to enjoy spending time driving around neighborhoods to look at houses. After years of looking at houses as a hobby, Lu decided to buy an investment property that manifested her dreams. Xiuzhen's family and her worked on every aspect of that house one step at a time to make it fabulous. Some hobbies she has other than real estate include discovering antiques, art, decoration, spending time with her kids and encouraging them to be the best they can be. When the kids go to college, Lu wants to live on a large area of land with a pond. There will be horses, goats and gardens on the property. This is her next dream. Shes always been a big fan of real estate. No matter if shes selling, buying, fixing, remodeling, or finding houses, real estate is her passion and love. Being in real estate truly completes her life.
