We closed on our property just yesterday 5/24/2019! Because we had a realtor who wouldn’t give up on us. We’d been trying to purchase property in the Orlando area for over two months. It was discouraging, depressing to travel back and forth from Fort Lauderdale to Orlando every other weekend to look at property. After not being fully satisfied with my experience with a previous realtor, I reached out to Yosseff in hopes of connecting with someone who understood what I really wanted and needed in my first home. We initially met at his office and had a detailed conversation about what I was looking for, how the entire home buying process works, and even the things that I did not like about my previous realtor. He wanted to make sure that he did things differently. He got right to work on finding me the perfect home. On my days off he would set up for us to view multiple homes in my price range and preferred location. I was very particular about what I wanted and did not want. We looked at so many houses week after week! Yosseff was patient with me and even when I was discouraged he assured me that I would find that perfect home. When I finally came across the home that I fell in love with Yosseff was on vacation, but soon as I notified him he acted fast and went out of his way to set up appointments from out of state . We eventually ended up in a bidding war with several other buyers interested in the same house. Yosseff's expertise in making great offers, matching comps, and his advice to me to write a heartfelt letter to the seller expressing how I felt about the home won us the offer! This is my first home purchase so I was unfamiliar with how much work it actually takes to get it everything done but Yosseff was professional, kind, and patient with me during the entire process. Any questions that I had, he thoroughly answered. He was always available via call or text. He provided me with resources for home insurance, stucco repairs, etc. It was a long journey for me but God placed me in the hands of the best realtor for me who would get the job done! I wouldn't have it any other way.
