Yoseff is amazing!!! We met him when we were looking at buying a house, unfortunately that one did not work out but then he went on a mission. He sold our house very quickly and found us our forever house. I would not ever use another realtor!!! He treats you like family, and we have found a friend for life!!!!

We closed on our property just yesterday 5/24/2019! Because we had a realtor who wouldn’t give up on us. We’d been trying to purchase property in the Orlando area for over two months. It was discouraging, depressing to travel back and forth from Fort Lauderdale to Orlando every other weekend to look at property. Yosseff was kind enough to keep us posted every day, even willing to do video walk throughs of different properties when we couldn’t make the drive. He was reliable and professional. Yosseff made sure we were guided along the way, explaining every question we would have if we didn’t understand certain procedures.
I thought we wouldn’t move here because of the traveling back and forth. But it got done before the summer rush and my family and I are very pleased with our new home in central Florida. Thanks Yosseff!!!!!

After not being fully satisfied with my experience with a previous realtor, I reached out to Yosseff in hopes of connecting with someone who understood what I really wanted and needed in my first home. We initially met at his office and had a detailed conversation about what I was looking for, how the entire home buying process works, and even the things that I did not like about my previous realtor. He wanted to make sure that he did things differently. He got right to work on finding me the perfect home. On my days off he would set up for us to view multiple homes in my price range and preferred location. I was very particular about what I wanted and did not want. We looked at so many houses week after week! Yosseff was patient with me and even when I was discouraged he assured me that I would find that perfect home. When I finally came across the home that I fell in love with Yosseff was on vacation, but soon as I notified him he acted fast and went out of his way to set up appointments from out of state . We eventually ended up in a bidding war with several other buyers interested in the same house. Yosseff's expertise in making great offers, matching comps, and his advice to me to write a heartfelt letter to the seller expressing how I felt about the home won us the offer! This is my first home purchase so I was unfamiliar with how much work it actually takes to get it everything done but Yosseff was professional, kind, and patient with me during the entire process. Any questions that I had, he thoroughly answered. He was always available via call or text. He provided me with resources for home insurance, stucco repairs, etc. It was a long journey for me but God placed me in the hands of the best realtor for me who would get the job done! I wouldn't have it any other way.

As first time home owners and not aware of practically anything to do with buying a home and what it all entales Yoseff was heaven sent in the way he "held" our hands througout the entire process from beginning to end. He coached us on pros and cons to help us decide which home we were indeed looking for. Once you make the decision in buying a home it doesn't dawn on you right away what you think you wanted to what realistically is right for you. Yoseff made all those decisions so much easier and eye opening and always with us in mind. He set us up with showings and even made him self flexible at any time he could if we saw something that caught out eye that we wanted to see. I had the confidence in knowing right away that he was the best choice in realtor for us. We had tried to do it in our own and quickly realized we had no clue what we were doing. When I got into the market to buy a house I was contacted by Yosseff he was determined to help me find a house. The process was long and tiedius but he stayed with me showing me a bunch of houses. Josseff and I got along very good after the first month of looking for a new home. Sold our home in Miramar, FL with the help of Yoseff and we are really glad we went with him. He drove down to Miramar on a few occasions to look at the property, have professional pictures taken, etc. We listed the property on Sunday and by Friday we had a full price offer. Yoseff did a great job of keeping us in the loop on everything and even kept open lines of communication with our tenants that were occupying the property. I would strongly recommend Yoseff as a realtor and plan to use him in the future for our listing/purchasing needs!
