Yulia is the most professional, creative, intelligent, hardworking, knowledgeable, forward-thinking, level-headed, kind, generous, ebullient, honest, and trustworthy realtor I could ever imagine.

I met Yulia in 2019. It was a funny story. The house next door to me in Buena Vista had been for sale a while. It was in really bad shape and I wasn’t interested in it. I returned from a trip to find the alarm going off repeatedly. The noise was unbearable. My other neighbor was checking things out and I called the phone number on the sign. It was out of service. What kind of realtor has a phone that is out of service, I thought! A few days later I got a call from Yulia. She apologized repeatedly because her phone had been stolen and temporarily disabled. I found out the Sellers were motivated, the price was right, and I proceeded with buying the house. Yulia promptly offered to generously contribute to the closing fees when I asked if she could represent me as well. Throughout the process, she was on top of it all, always making sure everything was moving smoothly with all parties on both sides, and was available to answer any questions quickly and skillfully. She is a consummate professional in every way and so enjoyable to work with.
Yulia kept in touch for 18 months while I slowly renovated the home. Finally, it was time.

Yulia had a plan. This was not just some agent who was going to sit back and list a property and wait for people to call in a hot market. She created a detailed plan of exactly how she was going to advertise, exactly what the look and feel of the property’s story would be, and she knew exactly how to accentuate the unique, expensive, creative, and premium attributes of this renovation. It was no ordinary flip, and she knew it. She had several important suggestions before we put the house on the market that reaped big returns. She connected me with the most affordable, and by far the very best, staging company that hit it out of the park. The Buyers ended up purchasing all of the furniture!
She organized a beautiful open house with music and catering and invested a lot into this event.
I am quite certain that every single person who came through the door made an offer on this home. It was extraordinary. The home sold for a record amount for the Buena Vista neighborhood.
Yulia then helped me sell my home in an off-market transaction. This one was not so easy because the Buyer and their agent made repeated mistakes, caused multiple delays, and missed important deadlines. Yulia stayed on them every moment and never let up. We got the deal done and the result was fantastic. It was a great example of the difference between having an incredible agent like Yulia that is always working for your best interests, and one that completely failed to guide his customer, manage the sales process, or to be accountable for deadlines and contractual obligations.
I can’t recommend Yulia enough. She is simply extraordinary. You’d be crazy not to have her as your real estate partner.

Yulia is an amazing realtor and that is an understatement. Right now the housing market is crazy expensive with little inventory. Yulia finds them somehow. She works around your schedule and within a day or two of reaching out, she already set up 4+ visits in one day. She handles everything for you, even welcoming in to your new home to give you the keys. It's not just how amazing of a realtor she is, it's also the fact that she is a pleasure to be around.
