Zach Hansen

Zach Hansen serves as Senior Advisor for NorthPeak Commercial Real Estate Advisors and focuses on the Colorado Springs and Denver Metro Multi-Family Markets.

Prior to joining NorthPeak, Zach began his commercial real estate career in 2014 at a large national commercial real estate company, Marcus & Millichap. After that, he joined two boutique commercial real estate firms: Unique Properties and DRGInvest/Capital Property Group. As a member of NorthPeak Commercial Real Estate Advisors, Zach’s priority is providing clients with superior consultative and transaction services, including formulating short- and long-term business strategies, production and delivery of in-depth market research, and transaction execution through effective asset marketing and financing strategies in the commercial real estate market.

Zach’s commitment to providing superior service to clients is easily demonstrated by his track record. From January 2020 through 2023, Zach has been involved in over 20% of the multi-family real estate transactions (5-50 units) in Colorado Springs alone.

In his current role, Zach continues to focus primarily on mid-market, multi-family properties. He joined NorthPeak to be part of a larger apartment team, whose one goal is to provide a complete real estate solution delivering unparalleled results to clients.
