Zach Skar

Zach Skar’s love for real estate began in his grandfather’s workshop, where he helped build and install projects for clients, sparking his desire to make a meaningful impact in people's homes. Born and raised in Omaha, Zach earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska Omaha, with concentrations in Real Estate, Finance, and Financial Markets.

With a strong background in customer service and real estate, Zach is dedicated to guiding clients through one of the most significant investments of their lives. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, golfing, and coaching freshman basketball at Skutt Catholic. Zach finds great fulfillment in seeing the happiness and satisfaction on his clients' faces, knowing he’s played a part in their journey.
