Zdenek, pronounced /Zaneck/was born and raised in Prague, in Czechoslovakia, today’s Czech Republic. In his early age, he became obsessed with sports and played football (called soccer in US) and plays in a league till this day. He has always been interested in sports. He knows how to play ice hockey, rock climbing, basketball, skiing, loves hiking and of course football. He is coaching little soccer players at AYSO.
About 16 years ago he just finished his sophomore year at University of Economics in Prague and was excited to start his junior year in September when he came to US for summer visit. That innocent summer would later become learning and living the American dream.

He knew since his teenage years that real estate is one of the best ways to invest money as his father inherited land and was renting the land out to other people and creating passive income for the family. He never sold it and Zdenek saw the effect of appreciation in real estate. Zdenek was saving all his money and was able to buy his first piece of real estate just when he turned 24, he wasn’t spending anything he made on nice cars, clothes, watches and all the shiny things young kids want to buy to impress others. He had a bigger goal. Real Estate.

Zdenek has spent all 16 years in Orange County, where he also met his wife. He used to live in northern parts of OC like Tustin, Costa Mesa and then southern parts of OC in Mission Viejo and Laguna Hills. He studied Finances and Real Estate at Saddleback College that prepared him very well for his real estate career.
