Positives: I love that Amador is an incredible school for academics and fosters a hardworking environment. It also offers a lot of esteemed classes and even niche AP's to help students with college applications. Negatives: I feel the school could definitely use more school spirit, improved facilities, and more non-stem related classes especially for arts students.

This is an excellent school with a competitive environment and lots of extracurriculars. It's a large campus and a great community.

Amador Valley is a really good academic high school if you are willing to put in the work. Some teachers are great and some really don't care about students and care more about their jobs. As for sports the school is mediocre and the administration focused more on academics and band. There is a good amount of diversity here but the majority of students are Asian American.

Amador Valley high school is wonderful school. Very diversified. Top-notched sports program , marching band, robotics, deca club.....There are 6 students entered Standford University 2023. 2 MIT.Teachers are great.Amador Valley high school is named the best school district in Tri-valley.

I'm speaking as a student for 3 years at Amador, there is much casual homophobia and racism. There is not adequate support for neurodivergent individuals.
