Glts has a welcoming environment, and they do everything possible to make sure everyone is set for the future. When I first joined I happy to see that the school was very diverse and I was able to fit in perfectly.

GLTS is a great school that allows you to be able to prepare for the real world, they teach you the skills you need to join the work field and accel at your career path giving you the possibility to go on CO-OP which is a program that allows you to gain work experience while at school by giving you a job. I am in the Cosmetology industry which is a hard and tedious industry as you become a junior you will begin to work on clients and build a clientele and if you choose to you can begin your CO-OP journey at a salon. The academic side can be a little messy as of course not all teachers are the greatest but usually you will still be able to learn and grow as a student, I know I can rely on my teachers and even talk to them about how I feel and what is going on in my life and they will do there best to help me. The easiest class for me was math as long as you put effort into it you will be able to pass just remember to study. GLTS is one of the best schools Massachusettes can offer.

My experience at GLTS was mediocre. Some teachers were amazing, others were not. One of the main advantages of being at GLTS, and at any vocational school, is that you get to graduate with two diplomas and either pursue your trade or keep it on the side.

The staff is all friendly and about making each student succeed. I have been to many schools but Greater Lowell is the only school i feel that makes each student individual not just a number.
