Was there for three days a few years ago and it was horrible. Teachers are yelling at you CONSTANTLY. Even in the cafeteria there's a woman holding a megaphone telling students to keep quiet and yelling at them if they even dare STAND UP through it.

The staff members are bullies just like everyone else in the school. This school seems to be a last resort for the misbehaving students who deserve more discipline and structure.
