I love Forest Lake because of how faith rooted the community is. However, I don't feel prepared for college and the rigor of the classes are not difficult.

As I student who attended Forest Lake for 7 years I would not recommend. The staff/teachers are bias and show absolutely nepotism/ favoritism. All of the boards' decisions are made not with the intent to enhance the students' education but rather to benefit the teachers themselves and the people who are paying their salaries. The curriculum is poor and is in no way a college prep school. Classes offered are poor and they barely offer any AP and no dual credit classes. If you are looking for a private Christian school in this area go to Adventure or St. Francis.

I loved the community Forest Lake offered. The first year was rough but by my senior is it was a second home to me. I was on multiple sports teams and took many hard classes that pushed me to to do better.
