When I first got to Avon high school. I was brought in the middle of the school year. It was hard to talk to people since I'm not a very extrovert person. But the people were approachable and welcome me nicely. As I am still learning the people in Avon high school are aiding me. Thus, my experience is good and in all hope getting better.

The best parts were my history classes. AHS has some of the most wonderful teachers regarding history classes whether it pertains to world or US history—the teachers were always wonderful. Some of the worse parts were the chemistry teachers. Many of my classmates and I complained that the chemistry teachers were lacking and didn't help us understand the material properly and we'd hope for that to change in the upcoming school years.

Avon High School truly pours into it's extracurricular activities especially the music programs. There is plenty of school pride. Though sometimes I feel that those in band are overworked.
