Belding Middle School is home to the sixth through eighth grade Black Knights. Located in beautiful Belding near the Flat River, Belding Middle School is the only middle school option in the Belding Area School District. The district is committed to being “The right size. The right choice.”
Diverse extracurricular options await Belding Middle students as they discover their talents and prepare for their future careers. Athletic opportunities include track, basketball, wrestling, volleyball and football. In the arts, middle school students can perform in drama, band and choir events. Discipline is almost nonexistent, besides getting sent to the RTC room. When kids are not held accountable in school, it creates issue (a simple lunch detention would suffice). Teacher communication is horrible and literally nonexistent, even when begged for, even for a child on the spectrum... Acco...
